Before founding Sam Grigg Interiors, Sam spent more than 25 years creating interiors for editorial shoots, advertising campaigns and brands including Dulux, IKEA and John Lewis. Years spent designing and styling spaces helped shape a recognisable aesthetic - one rooted in colour, balance, texture and thoughtful detail.
Today, Sam is known for creating layered, characterful interiors with a confident use of colour. While clients are often drawn to that aesthetic, no two projects look the same because no two clients live the same way. Every design evolves in response to the people who live there, the character of the building and the life they want to create within it. Rather than applying a signature style, she works closely with each client to create a home that feels entirely their own.
Whether redesigning a single room or transforming an entire property, the same thoughtful, collaborative approach underpins every project.

Who I work with
My clients are often renovating family homes, period properties and second homes. Whether redesigning several rooms or undertaking a whole-house renovation, they're looking for more than someone to simply make selections.
They come to me because they want an experienced designer with an imaginative approach. Someone who enjoys exploring possibilities, asks the right questions and develops ideas into interiors that are original, thoughtful and entirely their own.
From the earliest ideas through to the finer details, my role is to bring clarity to the process, helping clients make confident decisions while creating homes that feel cohesive, distinctive and designed to last.
