Pink painted ceiling

My brief here was to create a cosy dining space within a much larger open plan room. By painting a section of the wall and continuing the colour onto part of the ceiling, you create the illusion of a separate area even though there are no walls or screens to zone it off. I chose this muted, darker pink for the effect as it not only works beautifully to bring out the tones of the rosewood furniture, but is also a great backdrop shade for glossy greenery and vintage style accessories.
